We can only provide support to our direct customers. If you purchased the game from other website than Anawiki Games or Runes of Avalon - please seek guidance on the site where you downloaded or bought the game.

If you encounter any difficulties running, purchasing or registering Runes of Avalon this is the right place to look for answers!

If you're on Mac and when you start the game all you get is a blank screen please run "Force Windowed Mode" application. This should solve the issue.

Linux version has been tested on Ubuntu 7.04 and Debian. Works best with hardware accelerated OpenGL. May need gcc-3.3 libraries.
